More context can help.
It does not make AI infallible.
iAI™ can connect more context and support reflection, but it should never present a pattern as a diagnosis or an AI response as certain.
Not a replacement for professional care
iAI can help you reflect and notice patterns, but it is not a therapist, doctor, crisis service or substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Data is context, not a diagnosis
iAI may miss context or give an incorrect response. Data from connected devices may also be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
Three mornings with low energy after later dinners may be a pattern worth exploring. iAI may ask, “Sarah, this has happened three times. Does it feel connected to you?” It should not claim that late dinners are causing low energy.
Important medical, mental health, legal, financial and safety decisions should be checked with a qualified professional.
Crisis situations
iAI is not an emergency service and should not be relied on to monitor anyone’s safety. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.
Sensitive moments
The app includes safeguards intended to recognise language that may signal serious risk and offer relevant support resources, but no automated system is perfect.
Honest product claims
A feature is described as available only when it genuinely works in the product. Ambition should never be presented as something that already exists.
